Turath Al-Riyadh Factory for Stone, Marble, and Granite was established in Riyadh in 2002, covering an area of 1,500 square meters, with a modest investment and a workforce of 15 employees, initially achieving a production capacity of 350 square meters per day.
The factory moved to its new location, covering 8,000 square meters in Marat Governorate, Riyadh Region. The new facility was built at a cost exceeding 30,000,000 SAR, with over 100 employees and workers. The number of machines and equipment was increased to boost production capacity, which now exceeds 1,200 square meters per day.
An integrated department for granite marble production was established, consisting of 4 saws, a production line, and polishing and grinding machines.
The factory expanded by purchasing an additional 10,000 square meters to create a raw material warehouse and a finished goods warehouse. A fully integrated workshop was established to ensure self-sufficiency, maintenance of faults, and the implementation of regular maintenance programs to preserve equipment and enhance its performance.
Modern and advanced machinery and production lines were imported and installed at a cost of over 3,000,000 SAR. These machines are designed to reduce labor, increase production, and minimize electricity consumption and raw material waste, resulting in maximum resource utilization. Additionally, a decoration department was established, consisting of 5 decoration machines and a crown machine, featuring the latest technologies available globally.
Our production now exceeds 2,500 square meters per day after acquiring more than 32 saws and 3 production lines.

A plot of land measuring 50,000 square meters has been rented in the Municipality of Al-Mujammaa to establish a new factory branch, which is currently under construction.
