Quarry Division

It was established under the name (Qila' Al-Khaleej Mining Company), which consists of three mining sites in the limestone complex at Hafirat Nisah (Riyadh White Natural Stone).
First Quarry: Area of 18 km²
Second Quarry: Area of 15 km²
Third Quarry: Area of 4 km²
The company owns a fleet of heavy equipment, including: 6 excavators, 4 loaders, 3 compressors, and 2 ground saws This ensures we obtain the largest quantities of natural stone from its original sources, maintaining continuous operations with the highest quality standards and at the lowest costs.

Automatic Stone Saw

It cuts large stone blocks into slabs ranging in size (45 to 85) with various thicknesses using a single disc. It utilizes discs of sizes 140, 160, 180, 200, and 220. The factory owns 7 of these saws.

Automatic Cornice Saw

This machine automatically produces cornices after designing the shape on the computer, in various shapes and sizes with high productivity. The factory owns 2 of these machines.

Block Cutter Saw

This saw is used to cut slabs into the required dimensions, as well as for beveling, sorting, and polishing from the top, bottom, right, or left up to 90 degrees. The factory owns 5 of these saws.

Multi-Blade Saw

The saw cuts large blocks into slabs with a length of 280 cm and a width of 180 cm using 80 blades in a single saw. The saw is distinguished by its use of modern technologies to reduce labor, energy consumption, and achieve high productivity, reaching over 300 m². The factory owns 2 multi-blade saws.

Mashrabiya Machine

This machine automatically produces mashrabiyas after designing the shape on the computer, in various sizes and lengths with high productivity.

Automatic Multi-Disc Saw

It cuts large stone blocks into slabs ranging in size (45 to 85) with various thicknesses. It utilizes discs of sizes 140, 160, 180, 200, and 220, which are installed in a single saw. The factory owns 5 of these saws.

Polishing Machine

A machine used for automatic grinding and polishing of stone with up to 16 polishing heads. It is used according to the required polishing level and is distinguished by its high productivity, reaching up to 300 m² per shift.

Bridge Saw

The saw cuts thicknesses into different sizes according to demand using a 60-disc. The saw features high precision with a computer-controlled system and infrared laser. The factory has two bridges.

Bridge Saw

The saw cuts small blocks into different thicknesses as requested, up to 50, using a 120-disc. The saw features high precision with a computer-controlled system and infrared laser. The factory has three bridges.

CNC Machine

The machine is used for stone engraving and creating 2D and 3D designs with high precision and speed after designing on the computer. The factory has a dedicated engraving section consisting of four machines and a machine for making crowns.

Diamond Polishing Machine

A machine that sands stone using two diamond heads to achieve the highest levels of polishing.

Production Line

A machine used for sanding panels and cutting them to the required size. The sanding head can also be changed to perform bush hammering. The machine features high productivity, reaching up to 400 m² per shift. The factory has two production lines.
